For outer Clark County areas and adjacent communities like Pahrump, Mesquite, and Laughlin, a travel surcharge may apply depending on distance. We are transparent about this on the call before dispatching. Call and give us your address — we will confirm whether a travel fee applies and what the amount is before you commit to anything.
Yes, with advance scheduling. Pahrump (Nye County, approximately 60 miles west of Las Vegas) and Laughlin (Clark County, approximately 90 miles south) are outside our standard same-day coverage zone but can typically be scheduled within one to two days. For genuine emergencies in these communities — Africanized bee attacks, situations involving medical vulnerability — call immediately and we will discuss priority dispatch options. Mesquite (100 miles northeast) is also serviceable with scheduling.
Henderson and North Las Vegas are core coverage areas. For most addresses in Henderson (89002, 89014, 89052, 89074, 89077, 89002) and North Las Vegas (89030, 89031, 89032, 89081, 89084, 89085, 89086), we can reach you within 1–2 hours of a same-day call during normal hours. Emergency priority calls in these areas receive faster dispatch.
